Founded in 2005 by Rob Ennis, Remcor’s primary objective is to deliver superior services by combining the use of data intelligence, in-the-field analysis and personalized communication to successfully manage risk and deliver profitable solutions for construction projects.
Since its inception, Remcor has been retained by a select group of clients in Development, Contracting, Investment and Design encompassing both large and small projects across most sectors of the construction industry.
CLIENT FOCUS
As founder and principal, Rob brings to Remcor over 30 years of experience in the construction and related industries. A dynamic and results oriented professional, Rob has held senior and executive management roles with some of Canada’s leading contracting and consulting organizations.
Highly skilled in leading and managing multi disciplinary teams, Rob is focused, realistic and flexible in approach with a proven track record of delivering leadership and the ability to consistently perform in deadline driven environments.
Over his career Rob has been involved in a variety of projects in the Industrial, Commercial and Institutional (ICI), residential, retail, sports, entertainment and transportation sectors of the industry and is highly experienced working within Design Build, Fixed Price, Project Management, Construction Management and Guaranteed Maximum Price project delivery models.
Rob also specialises in Public Private Partnerships (P3’s) and has provided, since 2002, a variety of services to several renowned Canadian and international contracting and investor organizations related to the pursuit and implementation of P3 projects.
Rob’s unique and extensive blend of experience has given him deep understanding of the industry and the ability to work harmoniously within diverse corporate cultures while quickly developing a firm grasp of the clients’ needs and business objectives.

Rob was educated in the UK through the Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB), and is currently a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and the Canadian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (PQS). He is also a member of The Canadian Council for Public Private Partnerships, Adrio, Odacc and Adric.
